Ironton CrossFit Expansion

Ironton CrossFit, located at 711 South Third St in Ironton, Ohio announces a completed expansion for the facility. The facility has nearly doubled in size to now be over 2,100 square feet.

“The expansion allows us to create a better atmosphere for our clients. We’ve seen an explosion in interest for CrossFit and needed more space to accommodate more people in our classes.” said owner, Joe Isaac.

CrossFit offers a varied, high intensity workout that is focused on a training philosophy that helps coach people of all shapes and sizes. The classes aim to improve physical and cardiovascular well-being while building strength through challenging workouts.

Ironton CrossFit was established in 2013 and is the CrossFit arm of offerings for Tri-State Rehab Services. The facility offers unlimited classes per month for $75. The facility offers seven CrossFit coaches.

Tri-State Rehab Services has six locations offering physical therapy in the tristate

(Ashland, Ironton, Louisa, New Boston, Portsmouth, and West Moreland). Ironton CrossFit is the only CrossFit location offered.
