Preferred Fitness Announces Saturday Hours

Preferred Fitness of Ashland announces the addition of Saturday hours. Beginning July 6, the Ashland location of Preferred Fitness will offer Saturday hours from 8 am – Noon. This is in addition to the Ashland location’s regular hours of Monday - Friday, 8 am – 7 pm.

Preferred Fitness of Ashland is located at 2700 Greenup Ave. The facility has sister locations at three other sites – Ironton, Louisa, and West Moreland. Preferred Fitness is one fitness facility arm of Tri-State Rehab Services. The other arm is Ironton Crossfit in Ironton, Ohio.

Tri-State Rehab Services has six locations offering physical therapy in the tristate

(Ashland, Ironton, Louisa, New Boston, Portsmouth, and West Moreland).

“Preferred Fitness offers an affordable fitness option for our community. We can meet the needs of both the physical therapy patient and the motivated fitness customer. We are looking forward to offering our customers the opportunity to use the Ashland gym on Saturdays,” said owner, Joe Isaac.

Preferred Fitness locations offer free weights, dumbbells, Nautilus equipment, and cardio machines such as treadmills and ellipticals. Personal training is available to those interested.
