Ironton Crossfit​

 

Ironton CrossFit is located at 711 South 3rd St. in Ironton, Ohio – directly adjacent to Tri-State Rehab in Ironton. 

 

The facility has nearly doubled in size to now be over 2,100 square feet. 

 

CrossFit offers a varied, high intensity workout that is focused on a training philosophy that helps coach people of all shapes and sizes.  The classes aim to improve physical and cardiovascular well-being while building strength through challenging workouts.

Ironton CrossFit was established in 2013 and is the CrossFit arm of offerings for Tri-State Rehab Services. The facility offers unlimited classes per month for $75.  The facility offers seven CrossFit coaches.
